End your beauty ritual by relaxing in the soothing water of the swimming pool, complete with built-in hot tub. The Falcon spa is the promise of a perfect retreat and complete regeneration, in an enchanting setting. Offer a unique moment to your loved ones: an idea that is sure to delight, regardless of the occasion. Gift cards are available for sale here or directly at the spa's reception desk. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Spa's boutique

A wide range of face care and body care products by the French brand Gemology is on offer at the spa. Our beauty consultants are there to give you all the customised advice you may need. Our signature Gemology scented candles and perfumes are also for sale in our boutique.

We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your treatment at the spa's reception desk in order to take full advantage of the treatment you have booked. Late arrivals will not entail the extension of your treatment.

For Alpine Resorts guests: you have a dressing gown, slippers and a towel in your room. For outside guests: the spa provides a dressing gown, a towel, and slippers, along with anything else you might need at the spa. Any booking of a treatment of at least 60 minutes comes with free access to the wellness centre featuring a swimming pool, a hot tub and a sauna (subject to availability) before or after your appointment, in order to enhance the benefits of the treatment.

All of the treatments given at the spa are wellness, comfort and beauty treatments, and are offered without therapeutic purpose to people in good health, who do not have any pathology or other trauma. They are given in a spa and are not provided by physiotherapists.

For massages given to minors, parental authorisation and the presence of a parent in the booth are required.

We offer specific treatments especially designed for pregnant women. Please specify at the moment of booking. Treatments for pregnant woman are given after the third month without medical contraindication. Before the third month, no special treatment is applied.

Any cancellation or postponement of an appointment not requested 48 hours in advance entails the payment of 50% of the treatment's price. Treatments cancelled or postponed less than 24 hours in advance are paid in full.
