Multi-risk insurance
The guarantee of refund in case of unforeseen events
Alpine Resorts has selected for you "Assur-Lodge", in partnership with Gritchen Affinity, in order to offer you the best insurance in case of cancellation, early interruption of your stay, damage to property and other snow guarantees.
Multi-risk insurance allows you to be covered by insurance and assistance guarantees in the context of your leisure holidays before or during your stay and offers snow specific guarantees.
- Simplified online declaration
- Easy to use, it allows you to be refunded within 72 hours
- A dedicated operator available from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, from Monday to Friday
- Coverage of all guests of the stay
Multi-risk insurance can only be added when you book a stay. The amount may be adjusted if new services are added to your booking at any time.
Details of cover

Cancellation & unforeseen events
- Cancellation: serious disease, accident, death or other reasons covered.
- Covid-19 epidemic coverage.
- Late arrival of more than 24 hours.

Snow & Ski Equipment
- Lack or excess of snow: closure ≥70% of the ski area.
- Rental of ski equipment in case of breakage or theft of personal equipment.

Rescue & Repatriation
- Coverage of repatriation and transport costs.
- Mountain rescue.
- Coverage of medical costs.
You are reimbursed in 95% of the cases*!

How does it works?
It's easy to report your claim:
- Contact us to cancel your stay at +33 (0)4 80 94 95 96
- In order for your request to be taken into consideration, please provide us with the booking number and the name of the person associated. We will then send you the procedure to follow online to make your request.
- As soon as it is validated by the insurer, you will be reimbursed within 72 hours (deadline provided by the insurer).
