As soon as you arrive, our reception team is there to welcome you to the Manali Lodge hotel, 24/7, and to hand over the keys to your apartment.

Throughout your stay, we are there to meet all your conciergerie needs (restaurant bookings, taxi service...) for a stress-free holiday in Courchevel!

Picture yourself arriving at your apartment with the fridge fully stocked... this is possible thanks to our grocery delivery service. Shop for groceries online up to seven days before your arrival and let us handle the rest! Speak to our teams if you need any help.

As you arrive, your beds have been made and there is a full range of Gemology cosmetics, towels, dressing gowns and slippers ready for you.

For your convenience, daily cleaning and change of towels and linen (on request) are included in all bookings.

Do you wish to have an additional cleaning or a change of bedding and towels? Not a problem! This service is available on request

At your request and for a charge, there is a dry-cleaning service available in our hotel.

On the hotel's second floor, visit the Gilbert Sports ski shop where you can rent your skiing and snowboarding gear directly inside the hotel. Our partner is there to make sure you save a considerable amount of time.

Booking your ski lessons has never been this easy... Just ask our teams to handle it! We will book your ski lessons with our local partners. To make sure you enjoy the best availability, make your request well in advance.

There is no reason why babies should not be afforded a five-star welcome, and the baby chairs and beds are provided free of charge. Remember to make that request before you arrive, to ensure we have availabilities for you.

We have a range of cosmetic products adapted to your children's sensitive skin.

Do you want your room furnished with two single beds or a double bed? In some apartments, you can arrange the furniture the way you want. Send us a request and we will do our best to meet it.

The spa Manali offers massages for children aged four or more. There are some restrictions, so look at the list of beauty treatments for further information. For an extra charge and by reservation.

Would you like to have your children babysat. Our conciergerie team is there to help you find local partners.

During your stay, there is a parking place in our private and secure underground carpark! You won't even have to clear the snow off your car before going on a drive! There is a second parking place for an extra charge, at your request and depending on availability.

When you stay at Manali Lodge, you can take advantage of our shuttle service to get around the village of Courchevel Moriond. A real pleasure not to have to take your car!

To better plan your stay, our teams are there to book transport to and from the airport or station. There is an extra charge, and the service is subject to availability.
