Throughout your stay, we are there to meet all your conciergerie needs (restaurant bookings, taxi service...) for a stress-free holiday in Val d'Isere!

As soon as you arrive, our team is there to welcome you at the reception desk of the Vail Lodge residence and to hand over the keys to your apartment. For late arrivals, it is also possible to access the apartment independently.

Picture yourself arriving at your apartment with the fridge fully stocked... this is possible thanks to our grocery delivery service. Shop for groceries online up to seven days before your arrival and let us handle the rest! Speak to our teams if you need any help.

As you arrive, your beds have been made and there is a full range of Gemology cosmetics, towels, dressing gowns and slippers ready for you.

For your comfort, there is a cleaning service in the middle of your stay included in the rate.

Don't worry about a thing when it's time to leave, the cleaning at the end of your stay is included in your booking.

Do you wish to have an additional cleaning or a change of bedding and towels? Not a problem! This service is available on request

Depending on the formula you've booked for your holiday, you may enjoy room service, which includes daily cleaning and a towel change.

To store your skis and gear, ski lockers are available in the residence.

Rent your ski equipment straight from Annaski and it will be brought directly to the ski locker that comes with your apartment. Everything is there, ready for you to use as soon as you arrive. I book my equipment

Booking your ski lessons has never been this easy... Just ask our teams to handle it! We will book your ski lessons with our local partners. To make sure you enjoy the best availability, make your request well in advance.

Book your ski pass for Val d’Isère and Tignes-Val d’Isère ski area from our teams, before your holiday or as you arrive by contacting the conciergerie service.

There is no reason why babies should not be afforded a five-star welcome, and the baby chairs and beds are provided free of charge. Remember to make that request before you arrive, to ensure we have availabilities for you.

We have a range of cosmetic products adapted to your children's sensitive skin.

Do you want your room furnished with two single beds or a double bed? In some apartments, you can arrange the furniture the way you want. Send us a request and we will do our best to meet it.

Would you like to have your children babysat. Our conciergerie team is there to help you find local partners.

During your stay, there is a parking place in our private and secure underground carpark! You won't even have to clear the snow off your car before going on a drive! There is a second parking place for an extra charge, at your request and depending on availability.

To better plan your stay, our teams are there to book transport to and from the airport or station. There is an extra charge, and the service is subject to availability.

Depending on the chosen formula, you have access to a shuttle service to take you to the village of Val d'Isère. It's such a pleasure not having to drive!

Depending on the holiday package you've booked, you can get your breakfast delivered directly to your accommodation by our teams every morning. Both convenient and pleasant, this service allows to take full advantage of your mountain holiday from the moment you wake up.

There is free Wi-Fi in all the apartments.

There is a luggage storage room where you can leave your bags.

Would you like to stay in your suite a little longer? Upon request and depending on availability, you can opt for a late departure charge, just ask our teams.
