This duplex penthouse apartment features four bedrooms with a double bed (one of 200 x 200 cm, two of 180 x 200 cm, on of 160 x 200 cm and on of 140 x 200 cm), a dormitory bedroom with a double bunkbed (140 x 200 cm) with a single bed on top, and five en-suite bathrooms. The living room, on the top floor, features a lounge area with a TV, a central wood-burning fireplace, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The space also opens onto several balconies, as well as a large rooftop terrace with an outdoor hot tub. This apartment comes with household appliances, such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, cooking utensils, etc.
