As soon as you arrive, our reception team is there to welcome you to hand over the keys to your apartment. For late arrivals, it is also possible to access the apartment independently.

Throughout your stay, we are there to meet all your conciergerie needs (restaurant bookings, taxi service...) for a stress-free holiday in Grimentz!

Don't worry about a thing when it's time to leave, the cleaning at the end of your stay is included in your booking.

As you arrive, your beds have been made and there is a full range of Gemology cosmetics and towels ready for you.

Do you wish to have an additional cleaning or a change of bedding and towels? Not a problem! This service is available on request

Depending on the formula you've booked for your holiday, you may enjoy room service, which includes daily cleaning and a towel change.

There is no reason why babies should not be afforded a five-star welcome, and the baby chairs and beds are provided free of charge. Remember to make that request before you arrive, to ensure we have availabilities for you.

Do you want your room furnished with two single beds or a double bed? In some apartments, you can arrange the furniture the way you want. Send us a request and we will do our best to meet it.

Next to the restaurant, on the first floor of the resort, visit our unsupervised games room, where adults, teenagers and children can come together around fun games. Truly a paradise!

Would you like to have your children babysat. Our conciergerie team is there to help you find local partners.

The Spa Guernerés offers massages for children aged four or more. There are some restrictions, so look at the list of beauty treatments for further information. For an extra charge and by reservation.

Holidays are meant to be for everybody! Depending on staff availability, our animators are happy to entertain your children aged 3 to 10 and introduce them to local activities. Booking required, hourly rate.

During your stay, there is a parking place in our private and secure underground carpark! You won't even have to clear the snow off your car before going on a drive! There is a second parking place for an extra charge, at your request and depending on availability.

Guests of the Guernerés enjoy the use of a shuttle service to take them to the village of Grimentz. It's such a pleasure not having to drive!

To better plan your stay, our teams are there to book transport to and from the airport or station. There is an extra charge, and the service is subject to availability.

Depending on the holiday package you have booked, you can get your breakfast delivered directly to your apartment, in the Residence area of the resort, by our teams every morning. Both convenient and pleasant, this service allows to take full advantage of your mountain holiday from the moment you wake up! However, this breakfast room service is not available in the Chalets section of the Guernerés resort.

Located at the heart of the Guernerés resort, on the first floor, come and try out the Nava, a bistro restaurant, and delight in exceptional cuisine served in an enchanting indoor setting or on the beautiful South-East-facing terrace.

On the second floor of the Guernerés resort, bring your family or friends to the lounge bar. It is a quiet venue, where you can relax indoors in the woody and hushed atmosphere, or outside, on the sun-drenched terrace.

On the second floor of the Guernerés resort, there is an exceptional 700 m² wellness centre featuring a magnificent 20-meter indoor-outdoor pool, a sauna, Turkish baths, an indoor relaxation area and a large sundeck. The wellness centre is free to all guests of the Guernerés resort.

In the Guernerés resort, recharge your batteries and test the latest Technogym® equipment installed in the magnificent gym featuring large windows that open out onto the valley. You can also use the terrace for a fitness session outdoors.

Within the Guernerés resort, enjoy a uniquely relaxing break at the Guernerés spa, and indulge in a Gemology beauty treatment or massage. Treat yourself to a facial treatment, a massage, a beauty ritual and some cosmetic care at the expert hands of our beauticians.
