The living area features a sitting area with TV and gas fireplace, as well as a fully-equipped open kitchen. Two balconies complete the space. The apartment has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as appliances such as dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.
