The living room features a lounge area with a TV, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also boasts a furnished terrace, complete with an outdoor jacuzzi. The penthouse has a walk-in closet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and household appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, and cooking utensils, etc. There is also an added bonus in the form of a private well-being centre inside the penthouse, with a sauna and an additional bathroom.
